ABOUT US:
August 2004, was the year we proudly launched our New Custom Tile Product Line, RHODALINE FRANCE, Inc. (RF ) CUSTOM SIGNATURE DESIGNED GHANAIAN – AFRICAN “ADINKRA” SYMBOL IMAGES FLOOR AND WALL TILES.
August 2010, we re-launched the Adinkra Images custom tile on a Kiln Fired Patented Technology from Arena Custom Tile, LLC.
They can be used in both Commercial and Residential applications.
There are no boundaries. There are no limits. Our tiles can be used in applications such as Kitchen counters, backsplashes, tile inlays, floors, table tops, Interior and Exterior accents, showers, Jacuzzi Surround facades, Foyer floors and more.
We can also manufacture your own custom image on our tiles with your own images. We can customize your Flooring, Kitchen, Bathroom, and Dining room, Pool Area, anywhere inside or outside your room.
You can add an individual accent with any full color picture you desire, including classical art masterpieces, breath taking landscapes or even family photographs.
Custom tiling can bring alluring ambiance to your Business, Restaurants, Spas, Banks, Office Buildings, Logos, etc. These environments can be converted into a piece of art. Material Finishes, Applications, & Sustainability:
Our Adinkra tiles are fabricated on either porcelain, ceramic, tumbled marble or stone tiles, and glass. Depending on the application standard grouting and cleaning procedures are used. This product integrates easily with existing tile jobs or new installations.
Porcelain tiles can be used for outdoors. The design is suitable for floors and outdoor areas—the tiles are kiln fired at 1800 degrees Fahrenheit Kiln fired tiles must be used. It can take any environment: pools, hot or cold temperatures, and it can handle UV rays for a lifetime. We guarantee the tile, but we do not guarantee the slip resistance--that is the responsibility of the tile installer. The installer can apply a "skid" coating during the installation-- it's a very simple application. Bleach and highly strong chemicals will not harm this product.
Ceramic tiles come in satin, matte or high glass. If you choose ceramic tiles for your mural we suggest indoor mural installation only. The application is fantastic for high maintenance areas such as behind your stove, in your shower or spa areas. The tiles will not delaminate in a bath or backsplash from heat or moisture. There is no guarantee for indoor tiles because people do not follow our rules and use chemicals or solvents on our tiles, which will harm the indoor product.
Tumbled marble or stone murals are most popular and most often used in kitchen backsplashes, bathrooms, showers and simple wall murals. All applied indoors and only on walls. There is no guarantee for indoor tiles because people do not follow our rules and use chemicals or solvents on our tiles, which will harm the indoor product.
Glass Tiles: We highly suggest that you use glass tiles for indoor use only. It cannot be used outdoors or in a pool. The glass tiles can create an impeccable decor for floors, walls, and countertops. There is no guarantee for indoor tiles because people do not follow our rules and use chemicals or solvents on our tiles, which will harm the indoor product.

OUR PROCESS:
Step one: Your image is digitally formatted and prepared for color output.
Step two: Next the image is sized and sectioned off into individual pieces based on the size tile you desire/require.
Step three: Each portion of the image is then printed out at a high resolution.
Step four: The image is then transformed onto Arena Custom Tiles using their manufacture’s proprietary process.
Step five: Once the tile is cooled, a UV protective, non-fade coating is applied. Your custom design is now ready for installation.

We recommend any commercially available grout. It can be colored grout or white grout.

We recommend you use a qualified tile installer.

SHIPPING:

RETURN POLICY:
Your mural is made specifically for you at the time of purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, all claims must be in writing to us and all products must be returned within 7 days of receipt of product. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the purchase price. Shipping charges are not refundable, and shipping costs for the return of your purchase are not refundable. All returned projects must be shipped insured. We will not be responsible for any damaged product shipped without insurance. In the case you ordered a custom mural over the phone which was not available to you on our website your order can not be cancelled. All custom phone order sales are Final. Thank you.
ORDER STATUS:
We estimate that most of the products will take less than seven weeks to be produced. Once the fabrication is completed, we will provide you with a shipping tracking number, which will give you the status of your shipment. Tracking your order is one of our main priorities.
WARRANTY INFORMATION:
THE WARRANTY:
All size tile manufactured by Arena Custom Tile - as specified below - are warranted against defective materials or workmanship.
WHAT IS WARRANTED :
All fabricated custom tiles that are designed and manufactured by Rhodaline France, Inc., and marketed by us.
Our warranty covers the original purchaser of Rhodaline France, Inc. designs manufactured by Arena Custom Tile mural that has provided proper proof of the original retail purchase.
WHAT IS NOT WARRANTED:
Any tile used in conjunction with tile purchased from Rhodaline France/Arena Custom Tile. This holds true any time, labor or incidental costs associated with product failure. Any tile product purchased and installed against recommended applications.
WHAT VOIDS THE WARRANTY:
1. Incorrect Service: Our tiles can be cleaned using most cleaners with abrasive chemicals found around the home, from a glass cleaner to a disinfectant to soft scrub. .
2. What not to use: Do not use paint thinner or acetone or any product used to remove paint, glue or ink as the image will be discolored or removed. Use of any of the above listed items will void the warranty.
3. No proof of purchase: At time of warranty claim, buyer must provide proof of purchase (original receipt or invoice).
4. Incorrect Use: Any damaged, abused or modified tile will not be warranted.
EXTENT OF WARRANTY:
Any defective tile manufactured by Arena Custom Tile must be returned in order to be replaced. Rhodaline France, Inc and Arena Custom Tile will not be responsible for any other expenses incurred by the customer under the terms of this warranty, nor shall it be responsible for any damages either consequential, special, contingent, or otherwise; or expenses or injury arising directly or indirectly from the use of any Rhodaline France, Inc. and Arena Custom Tile product.
Any tile that needs to be returned must be sent at customers’ expense along with proof of purchase. Arena Custom Tile reserves the right to determine whether the terms of the warranty, set out above, have been properly complied with. In the event that the terms are not complied with, Rhodaline France, Inc. and Arena Custom Tile shall be under no obligation to honor this warranty.
LIMITATIONS:
Rhodaline France, Inc. and Arena Custom Tile does not warrant against and shall not be liable for any damage to the tiles due to any of the following causes: faulty or improper installation or application of the tiles, installation in inappropriate local climatic areas, use of accessories that do not properly receive or secure the tiles, warping, failure or cracking of the tiles, earthquake, hurricane, tornado, cyclone, gale, lightning, fire, acts of God, flood, wind borne objects, impact of foreign objects, ice or weather of a catastrophic nature as defined by the United States Weather Bureau; harmful chemicals, surface discoloration due to air pollution, normal weathering of surface; fumes or vapors directly applied to the tiles in the atmosphere; overlap abrasion, vandalism, misuse, physical abuse, riot, insurrection or civil disorder. Rhodaline France, Inc. and Arena Custom Tile cannot and shall not be liable to you for breach of any other written or oral warranties, whether express or implied, including those, if any, given to you by dealers, contractors, applicators or distributors of our tiles. EXCEPT FOR THE SPECIFIC WARRANTIES AS SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY, ARENA CUSTOM TILE DOES NOT GIVE ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ARENA CUSTOM TILE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES for breach of any express, written, oral or implied warranty on our tiles. Unless otherwise expressly stated herein, your EXCLUSIVE REMEDY shall be replacement of defective tiles, only on the terms stated in this warranty.
The following information will educate the consumer about the Kiln Fired Tile
Duration: Images last a lifetime.
Damage: Unless the Porcelain tile is broken, no dust or scratches will
damage the image.
Fade Proof: Images are melted into glass and permanently in tacked.
UV Radiation: The pigment is made from minerals, therefore they are not
affected by radiation.
Oxidation: The Porcelain tile is like glass and therefore impervious to any
acids.
Summary: Once the Image/Mural is finished and fired, there is no
difference in durability between any non imaged porcelain tiles
and tiles, one would purchase from a general tile store.
